Directions
- Pour a capful into running water.
- Soak for at least 10 minutes.
- Practice mindful breathing techniques by breathing in the scent through your nose for 7 seconds, and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds.

Honest Opinion
Great product! Smells amazing and doesn’t irritate the skin. The only thing is my lid became unstuck from the cap that can be a bit tricky to fit back on. However, that doesn’t reflect the product. It’s lovely.
