Spécialement conçue pour vous aider à vous sentir détendu(e), calme et à l’aise, cette bougie contient un mélange de 24 huiles essentielles, incluant de la lavande, du palissandre du Brésil et du jasmin, pour vous aider à vous sentir apaisé(e) et déstressé(e).

Utilisation
- Allumez la mèche et laissez la bougie s’étaler complètement afin de garantir que la cire se consume de manière uniforme.
- Faites-la brûler pendant un minimum de 2 heures et un maximum de 4 heures.
- Coupez la mèche avant chaque utilisation, mais elle ne doit jamais mesurer moins d’1 cm.
- Pratiquez des techniques de respiration consciente en inspirant le parfum par le nez pendant 7 secondes, puis expirez lentement par la bouche pendant 11 secondes.
