Utilisation
- Make sure both your skin and BEAR™ device are clean and dry.
- Then, apply your conductive serum evenly across all areas you wish to treat, leaving a thin mask-like layer on the surface of the skin.
- Press the universal button to turn your BEAR™ device on.
- Adjust the microcurrent intensity by quick-pressing the button again, once for each level.
- Access more settings via the FOREO app.
- Press all four metallic spheres to your skin with medium pressure, and slowly glide the device upward over the legs, buttocks, abs & arms, as desired.
- Access guided treatment videos for specific areas on the FOREO app.

oh wow
As a 36yo I decided to do something about my love handles and loose upper arm area, so I went back to training but combined it with this device and it most definitely makes a difference, with the pulsations and the serum runs deeper, so the skin is boosted too. I absolutely love this device and the variety of the features that it has to offer

Absolutely amazing
It's really amazing, I'm so happy with the Bear 2 Body! I like how quickly the treatments are done and they're actually effective. The most progress I've made has been on my thighs and tummy mainly. Absolutely amazing and it's so worth getting!
Commitment is key
Easy to use but takes time to get the correct conductive gel. As I’m using in larger areas I didn’t want to commit to the serum that is recommended as it’s expensive. I found that using on a shaved area with a cheaper gel moisturiser to be the most cost effective. It takes time, especially if you’re wanting to see results fast. Yet if you are willing to put in the hard work it’s worth it :) I’m still yet to see full results, yet I’m hopeful I’ll see them soon. If anything my stomach has seen the most noticeable positive changes.
Dramatic change
My body has gone through quite a dramatic change since including the Bear 2 Body in my routine. I bought it to tone my legs and upper arms and I'm not disappointed. It's brilliant, easy to use and the results are evident quite quickly.
Pretty cool solution to toning my belly
I've been training rigorously these past few months and my belly is a bit saggy from the weight loss. The bear 2 body has helped me tone it a bit, and break down some cellulite deposits on my thighs that stubbornly stayed in place. I'm really pleased with it, it's easy to use, doesn't hurt and gave evident results in no time at all.

Easy to use Quick process
So cool
The bear 2 body is a really cool device! I have the luna 4 body and so I got this to give more attention to my body like I do for my face, because I've also got a bear and luna that I use regularly. It seems to be doing a lot for me, seeing as I've lost a lot of weight and want to firm up the loose skin that has formed due to the weightloss. It's really easy to get the treatments done, and it's also really quick. I'm so pleased with my progress, and it's only been a couple of weeks since I started.
