I use this on damp skin before applying my toner and serums and it has helped so much with hydrating my skin.
Not for me
I don’t necessarily think it is a bad product but it quickly triggered a rosacea flare so I can’t use it again. So for me it’s no good but this might be great for people whose skin is less sensitive.
